I am surprised with such a low guest ratings for this store. I had nothing but fast and great service. I ordered an item from the menu and it wasn’t available so the staff replaced with other item. On top of it, they didn’t charge me for that item. That is an awesome Customer service. This store is inside terminal C at the airport. Keep up the good work.

Early flight and the staff working here this morning held it together like a true team. All friendly, very helpful, they figured out process to keep the flow moving through the rush! Even through the heavy traffic and some customers nagging, they still continued to smile and answer with kindness. Very impressed. They should definitely be applauded for today! Thank you all! Always enjoy stopping at this Starbucks on my way to/from my destinations. Elven was my cashier today. There was a REAL Karen in front of me today. She continuously ordered the wrong drink explaining “I’m a dunkin drinker, that’s how I order it at Dunkin.” Elven handled the interaction with the utmost respect, even when he wasn’t shown the same. The whole crew did amazing this morning and my coffee was fantastic, as usual.

They have birthday cake pops which my 3 yr old loves. Also had the cappuccino which was great. Flight was delayed for 8 hours and went back later to the evening and asked if they sold milk. Told them it was for a baby bottle and they happily gave me a large cup of milk. My baby will sleep well on the flight now. Thank you.

Great service! We did a mobile order and there was an issue with the size we ordered and the solution we were offered was a very reasonable accommodation. The person who I spoke with was very good at her job both at creating the drink as well as managing customer satisfaction. She was also very friendly and personable, I belive she said she was a manager her name was A'mya.
